The Reseller Pro Assistant is an optional AI-powered feature. When you interact with the assistant, your queries and relevant account data are sent to our AI service provider to generate a response. Important points about the assistant and your data:
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you pause or cancel your subscription, your data is retained for up to 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. If you need a longer retention period during a pause, please contact support.
You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support. This action is irreversible. We recommend exporting your data before making this request.
Certain information may be retained for longer periods as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit, secure authentication, and access controls.
